This trip was special – we had multiple reasons to celebrate! It was Ganesh’s bachelor party, Pradeep’s farewell, and Jagganna’s birthday – all rolled into one. We had originally thought about different locations, but considering everyone’s schedule, we decided to keep it simple and stay near Bengaluru.
We chose Hasiru Bhoomi Resort, which is mentioned as being in Yelahanka, but honestly, it felt much farther. From Vijayanagar, it took us nearly 1.5 hours and around 50 km to reach — it felt more like Nelamangala than Yelahanka!
Once we reached, it was time to enjoy. We kicked off the day with a game of cricket – or should I say a lot of arguing and fighting over cricket! 😄 Even the burning sun couldn’t stop us from having fun.
After all the energy spent on the field, we cooled off with some fun pool games, which everyone enjoyed.
Then came a quick lunch and rest break, before jumping back into more evening cricket. Though the resort had some indoor games, most of us stayed glued to the cricket pitch all day.
As the sun went down, the real party began. With Ganesh sir’s special songs for each of us, the night turned musical, funny, and full of memories. The party lasted well into the night.
All in all, it was an amazing get-together – full of laughter, games, memories, and that feeling of being back in our old school days.
